If your Aggie Card is lost or stolen:

  • Students: Fill out the form below to request a replacement Aggie Card. There is a fee for replacing your card. 
  • Faculty/Staff: Contact your supervisor or HR liaison to request a new Aggie Card on your behalf using the form below.
