We Are Here With You

We know these are unprecedented times, with many people feeling a certain level of stress and anxiety due to the ongoing pandemic. We also know the importance of the services we provide to you and your family; you rely on us to help you fulfill your financial obligations to the university and to ensure we continue to meet those responsibilities during these trying times, we have implemented a business continuity plan that impacts most areas of our day-to-day operations.

Our Staff

Following Texas A&M University Guidelines Related to the Monitoring of COVID-19, our department has put together a plan that ensures the health and safety of our students and parents, our visitors, and our staff. 

Hours of Operations

Our office is currently CLOSED to the public until further notice. However, we continue to provide services online Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please see the "Contact Us" section below for information on how to connect with an SBS representative. Also, check this page periodically for updates.

Submitting a Payment

With federal, state, and local public health agencies recommending physical distancing as much as possible, we encourage all Aggies to make payments online. Below are the acceptable methods of payments

  • E-checks/ACH Payment (Free)
  • Credit Card – incurs a 2.25% convenience fee (No VISA credit card accepted.)
  • Drop Box - Located at GSC, west side next to FedEx drop (checks only)
  • Mail payments
  • Domestic & International Wire Payments with Flywire

More Payment Methods

Aggie Card

We provide Aggie cards to students, faculty, and staff who need a new ID card.

The following changes will go into effect this Fall 2020 semester in regard to the photo submission and ID pickup process for different categories of constituents:

Incoming Students

  • Need to have registered for New Student Conference
  • Need to submit a photo online on the MyAggieCard Website
  • Student will receive an email confirming the photo submission has been accepted or denied
  • For students living on campus, ID cards will be included in their housing packets at move-in
  • For students living off-campus, ID pickup will be at a ticket booth set up by SBS, west side of Kyle Field, beginning August 3rd

Returning Students

  • Expect to be charged a fee for Aggie Card replacements
  • Need to submit a photo online on the MyAggieCard Website
  • ID pickup will be at a ticket booth set up by SBS, west side of Kyle Field, beginning August 10th

Faculty & Staff

  • The new employee's HR Liaison or supervisor needs to start the process by logging in to the MyAggieCard Website using their Net ID & password
  • Fill out the Faculty/Staff/Retiree ID Card Request Form online and submit it
  • New employee will receive an email confirming the form submission has been accepted or denied
  • ID pickup will be at SBS office located on the second floor in GSC, Suite 2801.
